This study explores the impact of gamification on teacher motivation and student engagement, examining how integrating game-like elements into teaching strategies influences educational outcomes. Conducted with 45 elementary-level teachers aged 26-45 and their students at Safir Language Academy, the research employed a randomized controlled trial design, dividing teachers into a gamified teaching group and a traditional teaching group. Data collection included teacher motivation surveys, student engagement questionnaires, and classroom observations, analyzed using ANOVA and thematic analysis. The findings reveal that gamified teaching strategies significantly enhance teacher motivation and student engagement compared to traditional methods. Teachers in the gamified group reported increased creativity, enthusiasm, and job satisfaction, while students demonstrated higher cognitive, emotional, and behavioral engagement. The study underscores gamification’s potential to create dynamic and interactive learning environments, transforming conventional education. Implications for professional development, curriculum design, and technology integration are discussed, emphasizing the need for strategic implementation of gamified approaches to foster motivation and engagement in classrooms.
